Monthly Quota Reset
Your quota resets on your billing date (each successful monthly renewal)
- • Unused quota does NOT roll over to the next billing period
- • Your new quota is applied when your subscription renews
- • You'll see your new quota immediately in the Studio UI
Example: If you subscribe on January 15th, your quota renews around February 15th, when your next payment goes through.
Manage Billing
All billing is handled through Gumroad. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices in your Gumroad account.
Open Gumroad LibraryImage & Video Caps
These caps reset monthly along with your generation quota. Exceeding caps returns a usage limit error (HTTP 429).
Upgrade or Downgrade
To Upgrade (Basic → Pro)
Upgrades take effect immediately once your Pro payment is confirmed: your plan and quota limits update on the spot (100 text gens, 80 images, 320s HeyGen avatar video, 8 reels, 8 slideshows).
- Purchase Pro through Gumroad using the same email as your Basic subscription
- To make sure you are not billed for both plans, check your active memberships in your Gumroad Library afterwards, or write to [email protected] and we will sort the transition out with you
To Downgrade (Pro → Basic)
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep Pro access until then.
- Go to your Gumroad Library and select your Pro subscription
- Choose "Change plan" or contact Gumroad support to switch to Basic
- Continue using Pro until your next billing date, then Basic limits apply
Your Brand Profiles are retained while your account is active.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I exceed my quota?
You'll receive an error message (HTTP 429) and be prompted to upgrade. Your usage resets when your subscription renews on your billing date.
Can I pause my subscription?
Not currently. You can cancel anytime and resubscribe later with the same email. Your Brand Profiles (Pro) are retained while your account is active.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Annual plans with discounts may be added in the future based on user feedback.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to your Gumroad Library, find your subscription, and click "Update payment method."
Your Data (GDPR)
You must be signed in (same browser as the Studio) for these to work.
A copy of your account data, media records, and consent history (GDPR data portability).
Permanently removes ALL photos/clips you uploaded via Bring Your Own Media. Cannot be undone.
