Monthly Quota Reset
Your quota resets on the 1st of each month (UTC)
- • Unused quota does NOT roll over to the next month
- • Reset happens automatically at midnight UTC
- • You'll see your new quota immediately in the Studio UI
Example: If you subscribe on January 15th, your first reset is February 1st.
Manage Billing
All billing is handled through Gumroad. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view invoices in your Gumroad account.
Open Gumroad LibraryImage & Video Caps (Pro Plan)
These caps reset monthly along with your generation quota. Exceeding caps returns a usage limit error (HTTP 429).
Upgrade or Downgrade
To Upgrade (Basic → Pro)
- Cancel your current Basic subscription in Gumroad
- Wait for the current period to end
- Subscribe to Pro via the Studio UI or Gumroad
Note: No partial refunds for unused Basic time. We recommend upgrading at the start of your billing cycle.
To Downgrade (Pro → Basic)
Same process as upgrading: cancel Pro, wait for period to end, subscribe to Basic.
Your Brand Profiles are retained for 90 days in case you return to Pro.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I exceed my quota?
You'll receive an error message (HTTP 429) and be prompted to upgrade. Your usage resets on the 1st of the next month.
Can I pause my subscription?
Not currently. You can cancel anytime and resubscribe later with the same email. Your Brand Profiles (Pro) are retained for 90 days.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. Annual plans with discounts may be added in the future based on user feedback.
How do I update my payment method?
Go to your Gumroad Library, find your subscription, and click "Update payment method."
